I had 2 operations on disk problems, I now have a lot of damage to my articular cartilage. My doctor said the operation called AIT, where these knee cartilage in the laboratory to grow and replant. I wonder if anyone has had this surgery and what was the outcome? Finally, I train for a triathlon, but its wayy to turn even painful.
